Investment Management Workshop

This is a unique workshop threading grounds that few have ventured into. It covers the basic essence of financial planning through the most common investment avenues, like shares, mutual funds, real estate and other financial derivatives.

The crux of the philosophy adopted by Money Forts (A Rich Dad Poor Dad franchisee organization) is based on the theories propounded by world famous financial guru, Robert T. Kiyosaki, The Author of New York Times Bestseller "Rich Dad Poor Dad". As Robert Kiyosaki says, his principles are not about investing but about the investor. It is the psychology of the investor which determines the way he calculates or understands the risks and the returns involved and also his capacity to withstand the risks.

Along with guided demonstrations and lectures, there shall also be a board game which will seek to reinforce the concepts taught. "Rich Dad's Cashflow 101" will provide a simulated environment to experience the art of investing and understanding basic financial terminology.

Cashflow101 makes you apply your technical knowledge of investing to the real world of investing. Here one can experience the different character traits which are present in an individual, you may be a gambler, speculator, long term investor or a blend of them all. What ever it may be, ultimately through this workshop, one learns the art of investing rather than the science of it.
