Dee Dee’s pesky inquisitiveness…Mandark’s evil plotting…unlike the currency, certain things seem to be showing only an upward trend. Dexter can no longer handle this alone. Wrapped in disguise, fearing for the sustainment of his massive laboratory; at the oddest of hours, Dexter approaches us as his only resort. Now we are trusted with the responsibility of recruiting a team of scientists to co-handle operations at the laboratory. Make No Mistake - Only the highly talented and most trustworthy will be contemplated!

Dexter requires you to successfully clear three checkpoints before he considers you worthy of inclusion in his team of Scientists.

1. Dexter, unquestionably, has a hell lot of fans. In simple words, this is where we, er...decide who to flush down the drain. Prospective teams will be required to answer a written objective questionnaire. All the stages of the event will be held on the spot during the Pragyan days. Questions will relate to scientific elements in and around Dexter’s Laboratory. Teams are advised to be familiar with basic concepts in all areas of Science.
2. Our experience shows that such exams are not completely capable of eliminating unknowledgeable examinees. Dexter simply refuses to accept anyone who cannot prove himself on the practical arena. Teams that reach this checkpoint will be given random components (possibly ejected from the lab) and will be required to assemble the same into a finished product. Resemblance of the finished product to the given picture is expected.
3. For those very lucky few that make it here, Dexter himself will design a problematic scenario for which you need to find a feasible solution. Teams will be scrutinized for spontaneity and creativity; hence no disclosures about the nature of the Finale will be made in advance.

1. An agglomeration of less than two individuals cannot be called a team, and Dexter considers more than three people a crowd. So please, keep yourself within these bounds.
2. In order to convince us that you are not accomplices of the evil Mandark or the troublesome Dee Dee we require that each one of you be in possession of a valid identity card.
3. Dexter will appoint an honourable judge whose decision will be final. Haggling and bargaining will certainly not be allowed.
4. Dexter can’t stand the idea of waiting for teams to show up after the prescribed time. Hence, we see no point in troubling such teams with this grueling selection procedure.

Judging Criteria

1. Ideas stolen from Mandark’s lab are not considered cool. Innovation and Ingenuity are highly valued by Dexter.
2. Since work in Dexter’s Laboratory has to be cautiously squeezed between Dee Dee’s nosy assaults, the time taken to complete a task is of great consequence.
