• Each team should consist of no less than two members and no more than three members.
• Teams shall be registered for the event on a first come first serve basis. A maximum participation of 15 teams is allowed.
• Teams are not allowed to make use of motor transport to travel from one point to another (Cycles may be used).
• Queries regarding problem statements will not be entertained unless there is a mistake in the problem.
• No spare parts will be provided. It is the sole responsibility of the teams to take care of the machine elements.
• Teams must make use of all the given components.
• Any team found indulging in malpractice in any form shall be disqualified.
• The decision of the judges is final.
