Of Snakes and Shells

Posted by : madhu // January 24th, 2010 // 3 Comments »

Come summer holidays and all the afternoons used to pass wih grandparents, snacks and some invariable board game or the other. Welcome Pragyan, a bunch of image sensing robots and some loose snakes, and hey you’re on your way to some cash! Completely innovative and the first of its kind, Snakes and Ladders will surely be a much-awaited event @ this year’s Pragyan. As you prepare to watch the bot to either end up as the snake’s dinner or crawl away to glory, don’t forget the other event to watch out for: Crack the Shell. Being elementary in concept, and brutal in competition, this one promises everyone that there’s more to Linux than just cute penguins. Code your way through the shell, find one minute solutions to everyday computer problems and claim your title.

P.S.: The event managers of SNL and CTS are finally  :-D
