• The arrangement should fit into the Maximum of (2m x 2m) area. Otherwise 20 points will be deducted.

• Note:- If the size of arrangement crosses (2.5m x 2.5m) then the team will be disqualified.

• Each step will award the participants 10 points.

• Parallel step will award the participants 20 points.

• Each Energy Conversion will award the participants 30 points. Repeated energy conversions will be counted as normal step.

• If the reaction starts automatically, an additional 15 points will be awarded. No points will be awarded for manual start of the reaction.

• The final task carries a maximum of 100 points. Every fallen glass will award you 10 points.

• Participants are required to make a minimum of 2 loops in the contraption. Otherwise 20 points will be deducted.

• Participants are required to make a minimum of two gradients in the contraption. Otherwise 20 points will be deducted.

• Use of fire and water will award the participants 30 points each.

• Participants are allowed to make a maximum of 4 checkpoints.

1.) No checkpoint – 10 additional points will be given.

2.) One checkpoint – 5 additional points will be given.

3.) Two checkpoints – No points will be given.

4.) Three checkpoints – 5 points will be deducted.

5.) Four checkpoints – 10 points will be deducted.

*Checkpoints are the specified places in the contraption         system, from where reaction can be restarted.
