Think you make a great manager? Feel management runs in your blood? Then here’s a chance to prove your confidence. The Chanakyas of today’s world - Here is the stage to showcase your Arthashastra.
Arthashastra is a management event where a holistic testing of various aspects of management will be done. He who comes out unscathed is he who succeeds. So get your defences ready to take on other equally good, if not better, "managers".
The preliminary round starts at 06:00 p.m. on 5th February and will be on till 11:30 pm on 7th February. You can still register for the event and take the prelims before it ends.

Prelims
- Prelims is an online test having 30 odd caselets.
- The duration of the test is one hour.
Onsite Round
- 12 participants will be shortlisted for the onsite round based on the prelims.
- They will be divided into 2 groups of 6 participants each.
- Each team (representing a company) will have two members in finance, marketing and product development divisons each.
- A scenario will be given and the teams have to come up with strategies for all the divisions of the company.
Personal Interview
- Better team moves to personal interview round.
- The contribution of each member is analysed along with their knowledge.
- This is NON eliminative. Scores are noted for each participant.
Final Round
- The final presentation of each member for a case study is evaluated and with the combined scores of interview and presentation, winner(s) announced.
- This is an individual event.
- There is no restriction on the number of participants from a particular college.
