Event Format

• Each team consists of no less than two and no more than three members.
• Prelims will consist of a few puzzles.
• All teams that register will be allowed to participate in the prelims. However, only 15 teams will be shortlisted to participate in Zombie Escapades.
• In the next round, each of the 15 teams must complete 6 different tasks.
• The 6 teams that take the least overall time to complete all the tasks will move to the next round. The rest are eliminated.
• The final round will consist of only one task. The best 3 teams in this leg of the event will be declared the winners.

Rules and Regulations

• Only time taken between the start and end of every task shall be noted.
• Each team should consist of no less than two members and no more than three members.
• Teams shall be registered for the event on a first come first serve basis.
• Queries regarding problem statements will not be entertained unless there is a mistake in the it.
• Use of cell-phones, calculators and other electronic gadgets is not allowed and will result in direct disqualification of that team.
• No spare parts will be provided. It is the sole responsibility of the teams to take care of the machine elements.
• Any team found indulging in malpractice in any form shall be disqualified.
• The event managers hold the right to make changes to the event if necessary, and the same shall be informed.
• Decisions made by the event managers are final and binding.
